The Insulin Sliding Scale app is used to create an insulin sliding scale which can be shared with patients. It is intended for use by healthcare providers that prescribe insulin. This app provides an efficient way to create a scale by using 3 picker wheels which allow for selection of the units of insulin, the sensitivity, and glucose target. This information is then used to quickly create a readable sequential insulin sliding scale which can be shared with a patient. This app is intended to increase the efficiency of prescribing insulin sliding scales by reducing the amount of time needed to create a scale compared to a manually written out scale.
